APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING POLICY

Spa La Paz requires an active credit card to be on file before any appointment can be scheduled. In the event a credit card on file is or becomes inactive, then any charges thereafter (for late cancellations or no shows) will be carried as an outstanding balance on client account. No subsequent appointment can be made while an outstanding balance exists. All outstanding balances that are 90 days old or older may be sent to a collection agency.

LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW FEE

Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or not showing up to scheduled appointment will result in a no-show fee of $100. If you have purchased a package of services and late-cancel or no show to an appointment, you will forfeit that portion of the package.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Services received cannot be refunded.

Skin care products and services are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Package pricing is nonrefundable, nonreturnable, and nontransferable and may not be applied to other treatment areas.  Package expiration is 1 year from date of purchase. Unused services by the date of expiration will be forfeited.
